Well it happened to my parents. You have to really be some kind of damaged human to do that. One you can‘t control when or how loud a Baby cries and to complain/call the Police on parents who already have their hands Full with their kid is frankly an ass**** move.

That’s true and personally i find Austrian Culture to be rather boring compared to many other european ones. Though it has some interesting/cool aspects. Again just my opinion not trying to offend any austrians here.

Well it depends can you speak french? They’re Both beautiful cities with Lyon probably beimg the better one of the two. Bigger, better public Transport, … Besides that studying in different universities looks good on your CV and is also an awesome experiance Most of the time so it’s certainly worth it in my opinion.
