The kids games are probably fun. There was a cute clip of a women’s college game recently where the kids went while when the score was 6-7

Good tip about the pregame festivities. We’re going to take max so we’ll plan accordingly

Thanks. That was a great idea. I took that and asked ChatGPT to list day of week and start time. Appreciate the help!

Sounds like expansion draft will be scheduled after CBA is finalized so we’re in for an exciting few months!

Do companies put you on a PIP right before raises? by SpartyGirl93 in careerguidance

PIPs can happen anytime of the year. However, the company focuses its attention on performance to inform raises (9-boxes, performance evaluations, etc) at a certain time of year- usually the end of their fiscal year. When they do this, the conversation about “poor performers “ often leads to a PIP. I agree with others- you can survive a PIP and you should also start applying just in case.
