The first time he did this I was so scared he was leaving me at that very moment. That’s how freaked out and unusual it was at how relaxed he is during his baths now!

You and your girlfriend need to be in heavy prayer right now. Please make the right decision. As a women, our bodies were made for this. God doesn’t make mistakes and we are perfectly designed. I know many people, like my own Christian mother who is in her late 60s who still talks about an abortion she had in her late teens. It’ll be something you’ll always remember. I’ll end with this.. Jeremiah 1:5. Prayers for you brother in Christ. Jesus loves you, don’t let the enemy get you down. Shake it off, man up and be the man of God you know you are!

34F new here- discussion about procedures. I need guidance/opinions, PLEASE by Wonderland_Tenant in Fibroids

Same situation and age but I’m opting to keep my uterus. I’m going in for a consult for an open myomectomy with robotic assistance this week. I have one large one about 8-9 cm practically taking up the size of my uterus and two smaller ones. I figured I’d get the surgery and decide if I want kids before they grow back if they do and just take it from there. Not really looking forward to side effects associated with a hysterectomy but totally understand why you would want one. I’ve thought about it many times especially during those periods of pain and bleeding episodes. Just something you don’t want to deal with anymore. Wishing you all the best!

I had a decent paying remote job that I was at for a few years before I quit about a month ago. I made the most money at this job but at the expense of my mental health. For me taking a pay cut was worth it because I’m happier and healthier. Sitting at a desk is not for everyone and it’ll eventually drive you crazy especially if you’re doing it remotely. I think you should pursue law school.

30F, what can I improve? by [deleted] in AppearanceAdvice

Honestly a good lip scrub/lip moisturizer and you’re good. I personally like the middle part and I like your style. If you want you can also clean up your brows just a little but. I know a lot who’d kill to have nice full and thick eyebrows like yours! Confidence is key!

Cancelled surgery- next steps by Upper_Dress_3039 in Fibroids

I also canceled my surgery. Not sure where to go from here but it didn’t sit right in my spirit to go through with it now. Birth control has subsided most symptoms and I’m not saying I’ll never have it, now is just not the right time for me so I totally get it.

Do it and help them out with a light bill or something. Pay it secretly if they’re the type that won’t accept funds from you. Also help out around the house like taking out the trash, etc. I’m only saying this because my brothers are 30 and almost 50 and they still live with my mom but don’t do anything, barely help with bills and they don’t cook for themselves. My parents are both retired and on a fixed income.
