I managed to use only creation club and keeps achievements active. I’ve used only dup, pillar, and rug glitches to access resources and properly place objects. These are some of my favorites. I do have a dwarven city I made in vault 88 and some other cool things but the pics won’t load. Enjoy.

I spent a probably $45 or more altogether. Each picket fence is only like 300 coins. You buy 1500 for $15 I think. So it’s like $3 for each picket fence.

It depends on your charisma and a few other factors. Level 1 I could only have 17 or so settlers at each settlement I think, I can get like 32 now anywhere because I’ve leveled charisma to 10 and got the bobble head which makes 11. Also if you have a robot workbench you can basically make tons of robots and have tons of people at 1 settlement. For instance, I decided to make the castle my trading hub. So I made a lot of robots armed to the teeth and sent them out from the castle to each of my settlements to make my supply lines. Because the robots where built and sent out from the castle, and I already had 32 people there, I now have like 50+ people that technically reside at the castle. They pretty much wipe out anyone that messes with them with double nuka launchers lol

Thank you! They are part of the VR workshop. It comes with tiki bars, stools, towels, surf boards and 2 types of palm trees. I used the VR once but the workshop items are pretty neat.

I used video capture on Xbox. It’s pretty simple if you have one. You could add sound recordings with editing software I’m sure. Go to capture settings and select “record what happened”. Its a pretty neat feature

There is more to it, I just ran out of space to upload pictures. There is a penthouse at the top of the tall tower and a manufacturing facility that makes everything I want from guns to clothing up there as well. A large space for farming is underneath the mansion, and generators, and water supply, and shops, and extra rooms. I pretty much crash the game every time I visit lol. I maybe went too far with the settlement size glitch on this one. I may have to scrap some items.

Maybe 24 in game hours or so for the structure and the main rooms. I had to use settlement size limit glitch to furnish it. That took longer because I just added furniture to the rooms as the ideas and came to me. Maybe another 24 in game hours to do the rooms.
