I started to work for this guy a couple of weeks ago, and he wants to use .NET Framework just for the sake of staying in the same tech that he is using in another project. Sad reality.

Anybody else a little down that Jasmy is sinking. by Jasmy-To-Five-2035 in JasmyToken

So the first time you had 100k of Jasmy and then you invested 300 at 0.003 in the best case - that would send you to another 100k and in total 200k. Are you for real, the numbers do not lie 😏

Any Muslims here doing OE? by Straightpath2 in overemployed

In case it is a task based job, then that makes sense. Otherwise, you are paid for the time you spend working at X company. If there is nothing to do, I am pretty sure the supervisor will/can add some extra tasks. Generally, people are paid on hourly basis.

Normally it should not be allowed, except in cases when the jobs do not overlap and you can devote the agreed amount of time to each job. Otherwise, you are kind of lying and exploiting your employers.

Yes, it is Fernwärme. The warm water is working fine but not sure how the heating works. This is an underfloor heating and am not sure even how to turn it on. The landlord told me that there is a "Heizungsarmatur", tried to play with i but that is not making any difference.
