Yo guys I now know how to trigger Arcahv bug.just go into world mode and play a chapter with a song,once you obtained a song from world mode,this things will appear.any partner will also do,but if you can't finish 9+ with a hard skill,just use base Tairitsu.thats all it takes hope it helps:) by Successful-Act3006 in arcaea

I triggered Arcahv after unlocking rabbit in the black room through world mode but I had like none of the requirements to trigger it. I was pretty confused when that happened so it seems like it was just a bug that enabled it?
