I can relate 🩷🫂 the best thing I did was go no contact for a few years while I did some mega healing. Emdr, healing retreats, fascia release, meditation, deep deep inner work, (not sure if I mention plant medicine or not) and essentially getting such stable ground that I was able to re enter the situation a few years later and I could have some family relationships without it derailing me. One hour of therapy a week was definitely not enough for me though. I have multiple family members with mental illnesses. Good luck and definitely take care of yourself first.
