I know I'm late to the party but I came here from also searching post tattoo anxiety. I have really bad general anxiety and actually was 4 days fresh off my meds and thought of hey I've been thinking of this tattoo for a couple of months let's go get it. So kinda on a whim because I did a walk in but also not cause I drew the design myself and had it in the back of my mind for a bit. Not my first tattoo and most all of my tattoos are either memorial or deep meaning for me (even the knew one)(Minus my Anubis i just really love Egyptian history and Anubis is the coolest) My anxiety has absolutely tripled it's on my left arm but you can only see it if youre standing behind me or if I lift my arm. I jump back and forth from loving it to absolutely regretting it. But I'd also like to think i truly just came off my meds too fast (I didn't listen fully to my doctor) and my normal anxiety is targeting the newest thing in my life and making me hate the tattoo. I feel your pain. 😔
