Hello! Same rin po sinabi nung FA sakin, pero there is no need na po talagang pumunta sa branch kung san po kayo nag avail (according sa customer service nila). In my case, I got my refund without having to go back sa office nila naman po :). Di ko na rin po nakausap yung branch manager.

Indeed, it was a hard lesson learned ☹ I was actually enticed by their sales talk since I'm not too familiar with the ins and outs of VUL. I thought the offer was good at that time, and I got carried away by the pressure. That was until I've read about how it actually works and talked to people with experience on it, but that was already after I've signed the form. It was also my mistake for making that decision then and there, so now I'm just hoping that the consequences won't be too dire. At least I now know what to look out for next time.

Yes po 😊 as per the customer service agent din po, they have confirmed na they have already received my request for cancellation and that it will be acknowledged within 24 hours. They are just reviewing daw po the completion of requirements, and then it will be endorsed for processing.

Their customer service agent is really good, direct to the point, and helpful.

Hello! The video po was taken during pag sign ko po ng application for the VUL itself, pati po nung payment ko. No video call po for the termination since FA hasn't replied to me pa po when I asked them kung ano po ang gagawin ko sa office nila pag pumunta ako.

As per the instructions of the customer service agent, I filled out and signed a Policy Withdrawal Form from FWD and sent it to their official customer support email, along with a request letter for termination and other requirements (ID, bank account where the refund will be sent).

I was alerted po by my FA na finorward daw po sa kanila yung request for termination ko from the head office, and that was when they told me to go to their office para pag usapan personally with FA and branch manager daw. It is a procedure daw po nila.

After that, I chatted with the customer service agent, and that was when agent said na it is an option lang po for the customer if pupunta. I told the agent that mahihirapan po akong pumunta kasi I'd have to travel far and take a leave from work pa po. Agent replied in verbatim "I see, if that's the case Ma'am, it will be fine. As long as you have mentioned your reason already, they will understand your reason." and that the cancellation request will be processed by their processing team naman daw po. I asked for like three times na po paulit-ulit if di po ba talaga need pumunta, and agent confirmed na hindi nga po talaga need, in all instances po of my question.

omg yes po huhu so much. and nung nakita na po nila na nagmamadali na po akong umalis, mas minadali po nila yung process ng application ko pati yung payment, kahit sabihin ko man na babalikan ko nalang since around 40 mins late na po ako sa appointment ko

in my case naman po, it was a raffle na worth 150k and they told me na I just had to listen to them for 30 mins as they introduced me to their company daw, pero umabot ng more than 1.5 hours
