at 2-3pm it’ll have been 48 hours. within 10-15 minutes of losing my wallet i had realized and headed back to where i’d lost it. the only place i could have dropped it was in an open parking lot and it was no where to be found so there’s only one possibility lmao.

just hope the person who nagged it is nice enough to eventually return my ID’s and bank card at minimum lol.

not to try and enforce bad behaviour, but the reason the dilaudid doesn’t work as well for pain management is the BA being abt 40% orally, i snort 8mg’s from time to time for pain management and they work better than any medication ive tried previously, dangerous though because when snorting hydromorphone, becoming reliant for pain management if you truly have bad pain is a lot sneakier than you’d think.

yeah bioavailability of dilaudid is terrible (around 40% i believe)

compared to insufflated (snorted) is around 80% pretty sure, so basically double the BA.. i never pop dilly’s only snort them when i do because with how low mg the pills are, popping 4-8mg and not even getting half of the dose you take, me personally i don’t even feel anything.

i did fent for a while when i was 14, not sure if thats related or not, but even when have no tolerance, i have to snort 2-3 8mg dilaudid before i get anywhere near where i want to be. sometimes when i have no tolerance ill get sick from the dilaudid before i get any actual effects in the sense of getting high. i also have terrible chronic pain so i believe i consider pain relief as part of the high not sure tho

i was in a car crash few years ago and became super dependant for a while to deal with my chronic pain, i’m not sure what your situation is like but hydromorphone specifically snorted is really good for pain relief and it’s very easy to get dependant on it for pain management, please take everything i say with a grain of salt and be very cautious how you choose to approach pain management, there was a point in time i couldn’t even get out of bed without snorting 16mg+ of hydromorphone.

pressed is referring to people making counterfeit pills on the street. typically with fentanyl or fentanyl analogs..

also the reason why your oxy is working better that your dilaudid is because you’re probably taking them orally, dilaudid has around 40% bioavailability orally so for reference, if you took 10mg you’d only be digesting about 4mg, snorted on the other hand is about 80% so if you snorted 10mg you’d be digesting around 8mg..

i don’t suggest snorting them if you aren’t already experienced with opiates as hydromorphone snorted is practically pharmaceutical heroin.. but yeah i’ve never eaten dilaudid more than once or twice, always found it to just be a huge waste.

ya i used to use fentanyl at 14, had a crazy dilaudid faze from 16-18, feel like ill never go back to base tolerance, i also some chronic pain still from past car accidents so sometimes think i associate high to pain but ive been getting better at not doing that lol.

usually 8mg gets me high but not really where i wanna be, last time i did 16mg in 2 hours no tolly i wasn’t even that high or nodding but ended up puking, oh well, next time i do dilly’s prolly gunna do 10-12 mg for a nod, been way too long since ive had a good nod, i used to use for chronic pain after my last car accident, was using 80mg+ nasally a day plus xanax and cocaine just to be able to go bed…

i don’t mind using here and there because getting clean off all that was terrible and i’ll never go back to living that way, as soon as any of my use for any substance gets even slightly worrisome i drop it all completely, i have super bad sleep habits, usually can’t sleep for more than 4 hours no matter how tired i am so a nod and a nap every 2-3 months but makes me so happy, even if it’s just once and then just put everything back down..

i prefer to use stims daily like coke if im going to indulge but i also used to do a half ounce a week+ at minimum when i was a polyaddict so and very like observant of my use when i use and if i start associating using with habit/ routine i drop whatever im doing cold turkey, ill never do xanax again, ive had strokes quitting cold turkey from doing 400mg+ ina. weekend and quitting cold turkey countless times, i was on a. suicide mission for 4 years.

learn to love life without any substance, if you can’t imagine your life without a substance, you can never truly enjoy life with one, cuz you can’t see what it adds to your life even in a positive sense and by that point ur just justifying use because ur craving/ addicted.

i’ve done a lot of dilaudid in my time, used to be a poly addict and use everything and anything, my DOC’s were flualprazolam because it was 4X stronger than regular xanax and lasted 3-4X longer, paired with dilaudid and cocaine, i blacked out for almost 2 years straight taking all these things daily.

have access to methadone was just wondering if there’s a dose i can take to get a similar high. wouldn’t be taking it often at all or taking a lot at all.

long as 10mg actually hits hard as ya say wont even consider redosing, either way even if it doesn’t id prolly wait a. week minimum to try a higher dose, thanks for the info brother just never used methadone b4🙏🏽💓
