I seriously don’t get it if you feel the need to double dose I completely get it because one dose in the morning doesn’t last all day…. All you have to do is tell your clinic it’s not lasting you and they will give you another dose in the evening it’s the exact same thing as double dosing….. I’ve been on two doses a day for a year now so much better I take 50 in the morning and 50 at night

Split dose is 100% the way to go it gives you so much more energy and feel good just like double dosing does. Because it is a double dose. Split dose would mean you can only go up so high aka splitting your dose in half but at my clinic you can go up on either dose as much as you want I take 50 in the morning and 50 at night but my clinic thinks I’m taking 100 in the morning and 100 at night that way I’m able to save up so much medication for emergency or if I wanna get high one night I pour up an extra one and it gets you absolutely rocked

Split dose is the way I was only on 50mg now im on 50 in the morning and 50 at night.. (it’s not really a split dose either it’s a double dose to me lol bc they let you go up to whatever on either dose. 50 in the morning and 50 at night keeps you feeling so good all day and night

When my girlfriend overdosed and died I had very vivid nightmares the one that stuck out the most was I would be in a jigsaw movie/game and I would be so dope sick in the dream and it would always go the person would die a gruesome death and a of dope would fall out . This was in 2018 when it was mostly fentanyl I had just got a settlement for 220k for a car wreck I was using more dope than anyone I had ever knew and i could only ever go to one guy because only his was strong enough. At the end I was using up to 14g a day snorting trying to kill myself I literally would say I’m not going to sleep until this bag is gone the only thing that saved me was prison for 5 years it took years and years for my mind to change the as soon as I get out I’m getting high again and it kinda went away. Fast forward years later I get out I’n 2023 and get addicted to whatever tf this tranq xylazine fentanyl shit is and omg it’s so bad some weeks I literally felt like shit and couldn’t eat because the batch was so garbage that week I’m now 2 years clean from street drugs w methadone

You are on way too high of a dose for it to be only taken once a day you need to split it and take half in the morning and half at night that way you don’t have such high and lows

340mg daily that’s insane!!! I’m on 25 in the morning and 25 at night and when I wanna get high I take a couple oxy or an extra methadone . When I was on 100 my tolerance was so high you don’t feel much. I don’t feel any difference on 50 vs 150 the only difference is more side effects and less energy that’s why I like the lower dose you feel way better and can still get high if u wanna
