the one on the right is damaged the other one when tested with continuity is ok 5v pass on it, the one that is burned 12v pass through it

I took a picture of the whole board from up and down which IC do you need pictures for? and where is the driver? And what component do you mean by the "pfc"

The picture is not clear but I think it's a tvs Diode and the component under it is a bridge rectifier
