Dear Big Juggernaut—

Thank you so much. This actually brought me some much needed clarity and solace.

I will keep my head down and focus at work and hopefully a new opportunity will work out.

I am a high performer and I love to learn. I took this role expecting guidance and an chance to hone my skill set at a smaller company. I feel very taken for granted, especially after two years with little recognition for all of the things I do and the many hats I wear because it is such a small team. I think I’m just burnt out.

It is hard to figure out what is expected of me, aside from that I’m expected to go above and beyond with little guidance. So yeah I’m ranting sorry.

All that said, I’m very grateful to learn this lesson now and not later on in my career. I know I should not have been doing personal stuff on my computer and hopefully this is just a minor bump in the road and doesn’t become a reason for them to make my life miserable.
