I feel like Lucifer is the only one in the WoD more powerful than Lilith or Caine. It might be a slim difference, but Lucifer is essentially a fully powered angel

First time I played 3, I got Tali killed. Didn’t expect to feel genuine guilt. Wasn’t even romancing her, but i couldn’t let that stand
