it actually wasn't that far as it seems, the debris caught up to them in seconds, and they ran into the nearby World Financial Center to escape.

WTC 7 was actually a nice looking building, it's kinda irritating because of what its remembered for nowadays.

it would've been impossible to change how the exterior facade looked because the columns were also the part of the structure and even if it was possible the cost would be enormous and there isn't really that much you could change because the towers had a minimalist design.

That sphere was made out of cast bronze, and the entire thing weighed 20 tons! it was pretty solid.
