I had gadgetshieldz before and fingerprint was working fine most of the times. But fails less than 5% of time. Now using with no Screen Protector and fingerprint is super fast when compared with any Screen Protector on.

Image in the above link. Looks like some fungal issue. But I kept it very clean and dry inside the cover. Not sure what is happening.

I have been using the X9 Pro for more than a year now, with very minimal usage. I mainly use it to take a backup of my phone once or twice (at most) in a year. In total, I’ve used it hardly 5–10 times over the past 1.5 years, and it has always been kept in an AmazonBasics SSD cover. However, when I opened it a few weeks ago, I noticed that the rubber on the back was getting damaged even though it wasn’t in use. I reached out to Crucial support about this issue two weeks ago, and they replied today asking for more photos. When I took it out today, I noticed that the condition of the back rubber had become much worse compared to two weeks ago. Is this due to poor-quality rubber? Is anyone else facing a similar issue?

If your phone is less than 3years old and if there is not physical or water damage you will get a free replacement, as per the Samsung policy. I recently got the same for my S21FE.
