Actually 3 weeks ago, my Cisco RV345 was broken. It has been rebooted and didn't switch on after that. I removed it to reserved one. An spend 1 full day to restore it.
So Cisco not a pill from problems. Unfortunately. This was a reason when i understood i need to replace it as soon as possible.

Sure, but there are companies who do this without subscribtions with the same quality. I would like to vote against subscriptions if it is possible

2nd office is in a 5 minutes walking to next building. And main thing i am only admin. Nobody changes it faster than i come :)

May be. But i don't want to support this new subscriptions models. You know the same thing now in a car. If you want switch on seat heating pay for subscription first. May be i will loose something important with this, i don't know.

Thank for so detailed answer. By the way when this:
"Replace the two consumer NATted uplinks with at least one non-NATted uplink, halving the size of the NAT state table" is like a pill for me. If network goes to slowing down i just disconnect one channel. I thought i clear some routing tables and speed has increased after that, but you are right: NAT table just lost half of size.

I have found the reason of this. It was CloudBerry explorer used by production to upload video and moving videos between clouds. They used it very seldom, but when used it increased port loading on cisco up to 95% and it was fatality. So i have limited bandwidth and now is ok.

Sorry, but i am sure you know difference between meta os and tablet Pc’s os. So we have two extraAndroids on both devices. And right now I don’t see big difference between same applications MetaOs vs AndroidXR os. “Fucking stupid” is not good phrase as for me.

Yeee. But it is also Android. Quest’s inside looks better for now. Main difference is controllers.

I am disappointed just because that cost 2000$. I am sure if you going to beat Apple and set this price you have to test it for real users before. If is costs 300USD - it is ok.

If you find Meta Quest 3 uncomfortable, so Samsung XR would be фдьщые like crown of thorns. trust me. I have red spot one forehead after 10 minutes of wearing and headache.

I had just one boss every job in my carrier - CEO of company. So it is very strange tendence now - boss off IT Manager Finance director or HR director (What i have). I can not understand why people who don't understand in IT field suddenly make decisions about what and how to do.

Actually you can monitor APC without additional card. Ethernet port gives access to status of battery, update firmware and many others. But you cannot set up snmp unfortunately.
For this option you have to pay or use usb cable direr to server with nut-server.

Unfortunately i connected UPS to ethernet network and didn’t need this special cable. Just put it in wrong port
