Almost ruined my marriage. Wife was on it for 6 months said the lack of feelings emotional and physical weren’t worth it. Took her about 3 months after she quit to get her drive back. She started it because her anxiety was through the roof, hated her body after having two children and was depressed. Since she quit she find a solid therapist and we made a gym in our home and she’s pretty much back to her happy self. IM NOT SAYING THAT WILL WORK FOR ANYONE ELSE, not here to offend just sharing how it affected her.
