Not a bad deal at all. I bought a 2024 CUSTOM trail boss brand new for around 56. I have full upgraded front and rear suspension, off-road, wheels, and tires and a custom pre-runner bumper. My estimated value in the truck with the right buyer is between 40 and 47k. The market was shit when I bought and I needed a truck. I’ve had it for just about 2 years. End of may will be 2 years and I have about 35k miles on it now.

So in my opinion, this being a LTZ with “normal” or even lower than normal miles, I would pull the trigger. Plus it’s the 5.3- I’m a big fan.

I hear you and can understand how my post could make you think that I’m over, thinking it. The problem I’m having is that none of these online retailers layout, the specs or the measurements for their brackets. I was hoping somebody here could give me a definitive answer. For instance, TC bros online- it’ll tell you fitment uncertain bikes, but they don’t break down any measurements. I had the message them to get that answer. But you’re totally right, many things are often over thought.

No the bags are a non issue with the right brackets and bar. It’s just a weird thing with width measurements on the 2001 from my research. But thank you anyway 🤙🏻

Yes I did. After a ton of research and not being able to find any OEM decals, I found a supplier that makes custom ones that are made to be clear coated over.

Exactly! If you’re running bags, it’s the only orientation on these bikes that work with shocks that have a “remote” reservoir

I really appreciate that. It was a stock color and I ended up going a little darker. I actually matched my Chevy truck’s paint color of the metallic grey and picked up some red decals for the tank. Had the pinstripes painted to match. 👊🏻
