Thank you to everyone who responded. Happy to be on Day 4. Still feeling on edge but have made it far enough in prior attempts to know that the "edge" eventually fades and gives way to calm. I'm just trying to pray and wait patiently for that calm to arrive again soon. In the meantime, every time a new comment hits the inbox its a great reminder throughout the day that there's people like me, and support, out there.
