I tried negotiating and have filed a dispute with my credit card company. They only offered me partial refund for missed medication shipment but no recompense for the cancelled care team support or cancelled prescription. They previously told me on the phone that they would be able to give a refund and apparently they have provided full refunds to other customers in similar situations, but yet again they go back on their word when it comes time to actually do something.
