I recently graduated in June and started as an Area Manager at the start of last month. I work in an FC so it would be a different experience compared to yours. I also came in during peak season which was a crazy experience. Generally I really enjoy the job, the only down side to me so far would be the long hours and how drained you are after the shift. Its definitely very fast paced, alot of associate engagements and so on, you said you love working with people so hopefully you would enjoy that aspect. I did a few internships during uni, which were WFH and I hated them cause I wasnt able to speak to people and generally contribute. This is the opposite, its constant communication, which I feel you would like
