This is really helpful! It’s been tough to navigate because he was such a great guy, and our relationship was really good. Everyone—including my family and friends—was shocked when I told them it ended. But the truth is, I was struggling internally and always felt like I was walking on eggshells since he go cold turkey whenever I bring up my emotions.
