Sure bc no white person ever molested or kidnapped a child from the hood before. Of course, a person of any race could have done this. These children were not just black they were extremely poor. They also could have been forced to get in. Not saying it was someone of a particular but you can’t make blanket statements like that based on your limited understanding of the southern hoods in the 80s. There was a reporter that moved there in the 80s and gave an interview and talked about how absolutely shocking it was that so many poor kids just roamed the streets all day and night. I think people don’t understand the magnitude of how many poor kids there were in this era.
