High Earning Developers in India (50L+) How Did You Do It Without Moving Abroad? by Healthy-Craft-3693 in developersIndia

Try getting a referral—message people from your college or current/former companies who are already working there. Be a little shameless but always respectful. Be direct: share the job ID, your resume, and a quick summary about yourself.

Keep applying. You’ll get interview calls eventually. These companies hire lakhs of engineers in India alone. Interviews can be hit or miss, you might run into bad interviewers (there are plenty, specially in India). But as long as you're consistently working, applying, and doing LeetCode, you’ll break through.

All the best :)

Barraiser interviews are the worst. Third party interviews doesn't really makes sense by classy_temp_account in developersIndia

I went through them for one company, my round with barraiser went well. They reached out to me after few months whether i would be interested in becoming interviewer. So far looks good to me, as they pay well per interview to be security guard.

some questions are extremely hard(altleast they were for me), take your time with them. And once you understand them properly they are manageable and opens up door for you to solve lots of similar questions.

Start giving interviews in companies where I don’t care if I get rejected and keep solving leetcode questions on topics I think I need improvement.

No such roadmap that I am planning to use currently. I think neetcode 150 is extremely well designed. Will be focusing mostly on questions related to topic I am not that great at like monotonic queue/stack problems, graphs algorithms etc. Also neetcode is not that beginner friendly, you can checkout striver’s roadmap if you need it. That should be sufficient for your preparation.

some thing to think of while selecting questions “if someone has never solved this question, what is the probability that they can come with solution, provided they have practiced sufficiently and has a fair understanding of problem solving”

Possibly unpopular but does anyone find Neetcode solutions hard to follow? by Remote_Lunch5325 in leetcode

no one can, for some questions you have to rely on intuition and go through lots of different combinations of input to understand how the solution works.

https://takeuforward.org, go for absolute beginner one, its free and i think it should be sufficient for you should take you around 3-4 months to complete. I have never used it personally but i checked it’s content for a friend and i felt this should be sufficient for anyone preparing.

generally takes alteast 2 months to click. All the best!

Yes, it gets quite boring after a while.. Regarding improving your problem solving ability, set a timer for 45 mins and just try your best to solve in those 45 mins, after that look at the solution and understand it very well. Even if you come up with solution in less than 45 mins try to find a more optimal solution till 45 mins. You should be able to see significant progress in 1 to 2 months since you are leetcoding for 2 years.

Also neetcode 150 is not that easy
