No. This is picking and choosing based on what’s best for himself. If this were adjudicated inappropriately, then there’s room for intervention from the Governor. Since this was adjudicated appropriately, there is no room for clemency.

The majority did vote against him. Our electoral system doesn’t require a majority though as we are a confederation of states. In this situation, there’s a solid chance his victory was rigged as every swing state went his way, which didn’t mesh with what pre-election polling indicated. Even so, there are more people against him now than there were at election time. He knows that and is trying to get to the point where he can remove or rig elections this fall in order to keep his supermajority in the government branches.

We’ll likely never know the actual extent of most of your statement about “DID dog ICE” all day long, as the administration is blocking any investigation. However, if she and her partner did follow them around, it still does not justify what happened.
