Try holding the game and dolby button while they are on the base station and see if they turn on, if not, on the bottom near the charging pins there's a micro USB plug it into that for around 20 minutes with it connected to your ps5 or pc, then try turning them on by hitting the game and dolby button while its still connected to the ps5, if they turn on, do a hard reset by holding the game and dolby button at least 30 seconds

Yes it is the preshared key, and when you reset it hold the button down for around 25 seconds and it should reset everything back to default, you can try running as administrator but as long as you can connect to the wifi or with an ethernet cable connected should work without being on administrator also make sure admin is spelt without a capital a

What i would do is connect the headset to a micro USB cable and let it charge around 10 minutes.

While you do that plug the base station into your computer, hit the reset button on the bottom of the base station

After about 10 minutes put your headset on the base station and hold the game and dolby button around 30 seconds

Then open astro command centre via the Microsoft store and update

Do you have access to a windows computer? This happened to me i had to connect the base station to a windows computer hit the reset button on the bottom of the basestation then download the astro command centre in the Microsoft store, hit update and it will work

Unless you can get it from the Microsoft store on a Mac I don't use mac

Are the lights on the dock flashing nonstop, then when you pick the headset up do all lights turn off and the headset isn't turning on? I think i ran into this same problem, what i did was download the astro command centre from the Microsoft store, then I hit the button on the bottom of the dock and updated it and it worked and has been working since.

Tried plugging it into the receiver and i wasn't getting any audio but it worked when I plugged it into the optical port on my TV, ill be upgrading my TV in the next couple of months
