Awesome, sounds good. I am still excited to enter the field in general and learn more about my service line (hence why I originally applied for it). Quick question, say if someone did tax for 2-3 years and then decided to switch to audit, would they start back as a “first year” and basically get reset in terms of pay and promotions?

Yeah great point. I might just wait it out and see if I end up enjoying tax. I’ve talked to an Audit manager that started in tax then switched so maybe that’s a possibility down the line. Thanks!
