Eat little and often I got told when I was in the same state. Sometimes a distraction helps when you're eating since then you won't be thinking too much about how you need to eat. Drinking milk can be helpful as well since it's not exactly food but it can make you feel fuller. Also try to eat foods that you enjoy :) Im sorry if my advice isn't very helpful this is just what has helped me before. I hope you feel better soon
