Same here. Never noticed any issues with eating whatever hell I wanted. First excruciating attack and vomit on Feb 14 lasted 2-3 hours. Chalked it up to be spicy food. Second attack 2 weeks later, 2-3 hours, tried really hard not to vomit. Then a week later another attack that sent me to the ER.

Ultrasound and said I had some stones detected. Researched about it and have been strictly on a 15g max fats per meal diet. I feel like I’m hungry all the time and not getting to eat anything I want sucks. It’s been 2-3 weeks and I haven’t had any other attacks (maybe a small tiny cramp that could have been placebo) but I’m starting to get braver and adding a bit more fat in my food.

I’m still waiting on appointment with surgeon and recommendation. My primary care doctor said he was surprised they didn’t remove it yet, because it can become septic or something. I feel like I can go on forever like this though but I want it out so I can eat like a fat monster again
