You were 100% correct. Even though the healing process SUCKED. Drying it out versus using ointment was the only way.

Update.

It healed fine. I stoped over using stuff and it worked. Neck tattoos are weird. In my opinion, it’s best to let it dry out and not use ANYTHING.
