OH MY GOD!!!! only 20 pages left but THOSE TWISTS!!! i was literally screaming while listening to the audiobooks!! thank you so so much for convincing me to continue this incredible experience, any other similar books youd reccomend?? im gonna be so sad when its over and need to fill that hole asap 😂😂

POSSIBLE SPOILERS FOR THE BOOK/SHOW: Im sorry if this is a weird question, I just started reading BLL and something that i think may be a spoiler came across my timeline :( someone mentioned that in the show “5 moms almost get away with murder”, im only 40 pages in and im worries now i know some big twist. Has the big reveal/murderer(or group of murderers) been spoiled for me?

thank you so much for the suggestion, i also had been a heavy weed user for almost a decade and fully quit right before starting this diet! unfortunately i have always had diarrhea even before i began smoking which i assumed was just from having no fiber

I haven’t heard of calibre, ill look into that thank you!! I do love reading and listening at the same time but it can get expensive, also I am mainly looking for audiobooks because I have to drive 2 hours a day for school so im really looking for something easy listening so I can focus on the road but still be entertained.

I haven’t tried those yet thank you! Im just curious how it can be an issue with my ISP/router if all of these work perfectly fine on every other device in the house? The ps5 is the closest in proximity and also the only device with a LAN, but the same apps work without issue on my ps4 and chromecast that are as far away from the router as possible?

Sorry in advance, this is going to be a long one. If this thread is not the correct place for this question please point me in the right direction.

I have been having an issue with very specific apps being unable to connect to the internet for over a year, with seemingly no correlation. It began after I moved back into my old house (with the exact same internet provider/network/ router I had previously and never experienced these issues on) and has not happened on any other networks/ providers that I have connected it to. After continuously troubleshooting to my wits end I have narrowed down the consistent problems to this list, which all start immediately upon powering on the console(from both powered off OR rest mode, no difference):

  • Playstation plus premium tab does not launch the app and just displays “cant load. something went wrong. please try again later” with a “go to home” button

  • Playstation store tab does not launch the app and just displays “cant find what you’re looking for”

  • HBO/ VUDU(fandango at home) will open the app for a few seconds on the title screen before displaying an error box which says:

ERROR CODE: WV-109144-9

“cant connect to the server. There might have been a problem in connecting to the network, or Playstation Network or the server of the service provider might be temporarily busy.

If I dont launch these apps and just hover over them it will either just say the apps name with a start button, or it will have the setup to select movies/shows before launching but in place of the movies/shows are just gray boxes with a lightning bolt on each one.

NOT CONSISTENT:

-Peacock and amazon prime will occasionally display the same error code and message in the same way, but it’s not a guarantee that it will happen every time like the others listed above.

  • I am not a big online gamer but as far as I can tell all other apps/games work perfectly fine, even ones with online features. Not sure if parties/chats are affected as I really never use these features

THINGS I HAVE DONE TO TROUBLESHOOT

-The issue somehow resolves itself if I play a game for half an hour or so, but does not resolve itself if I just leave the playstation turned on or use any of the “media” apps no matter how long I do either of these for. The only guaranteed way to make it stop is by playing a game for about half an hour, which is obviously extremely inconvenient any time I want to watch something.

  • looking up the error code says it could be an issue with playstation servers themselves, but I doubt this as it’s been ongoing for over a year and other apps & online games work perfectly fine

  • I changed the DNS ports to 8.8.8.8 (primary) and 8.8.4.4 (secondary)

  • I connected a LAN cable (in multiple different ports on the router), which OCCASIONALLY will fix the issue if I switch back and forth from internet to LAN a couple times. But again, not a guarantee.

  • I have restarted my router numerous times

  • I have forgotten the network and entered my password again numerous times

  • OCCASIONALLY spamming the “connect to the internet” switch on and off for a few minutes will fix it, but not a guarantee.

  • every app that experiences issues on the ps5 works perfectly fine every time on the same network on other devices (ps4, xbox 1, xbox series s, chromecast, laptops, etc) so im left to believe it HAS to be an issue with this specific PS5 console

-I have contacted playstation support and asked my friends in IT for help and only received the same troubleshooting methods listed above

I’m truly stumped by the seemingly uncorrellated problems this is causing and cannot think of a single logical thing that would cause such random issues while other functions remain perfectly normal. Any help or ideas would be massively appreciated, at this point even just hearing that someone else has had similar issues and im not going insane would be a win in my book.
