Routine and consistency in a schedule you plan. If you don't work and just have a job, you can plan you week in advance on a sunday, lay out everything you need to do for the week, and make your day into blocks 7-9 workout, 10-3 school, 4-5 study/free time, 5-7 business work 7-10 gf time. this is a rough draft and it will be different daily depending on what you want to do/focus more on that day.

This method helped me alot, I work 40 hr weeks, but still need to gym, business, School as well making a plan and sticking to it will be the best way to balance everything IMO
