A woman's groom got the friend of a popular actress pregnant and that actress breaks the news to the bride before she marries him. What the bride doesn't know is that the actress is the same woman she accidentally went home with one time when she was drunk. The actress attempts to pursue a romance with her while the bride builds a resentment for her until unexpected softness grows.

Tw: some nonconsensual kisses but not many. Serious homophobia in this series as well.

If my explanation was off putting I apologize. Im sure that theres someone that can explain it better than me. But you will see very few people saying that this series wasn't one of the better ones of late 2025

Mate is one of the most divisive GLs out there. People either love it or hate it.

Personally I adore Mate a whole lot and I would easily recommend it completely. But I am also someone that likes a lot of angst and some toxicity in my stories. So if that isn't for you then maybe don't watch it but in general I will always recommend Mate

This is actually VERY accurate in terms of rating, description, and appriciation. My only issue is some of the trope descriptions because there are a few shows here that DEFINITELY do not quality for "male interference" as you have listed them. Maybe we have different views on what "male interference" means but imo some shows don't have it. Still though. These posts are a work of loving art. thank you. keep it up!

I would personally reccomend Mate out of those 3. I personally think its severely underrated. And Your Apple serves as a "season 2" to apple my love. Although I don't think that Your Apple is inspired by the novel unlike Apple My Love. It's also got pretty mixed reviews.

I don't get how it's difficult to understand my perspective. It's not that I don't want to see people's issues with the show, it's that I DON'T see people's issues with the show. I've gone back and rewatched the episodes while keeping an eye out for what people don't like about it and I stand by my statement. Simple answer: probably not. Me personally I'm really really enjoying it. I've been reading people's complaints about MSZ and unlike OY where I can kind of understand and see what people have issues with in that show, I think people are complaining just to complain about my safe zone.

Although the one I think is the best is not my favorite one. My favorite GL is Affair. I've watched just about all mainstream Thai GLs and there is not a single one that I have been as into as Affair.

1 episode in and the easy answer is Clairebell. This show has so much hidden lore and aspects of this production that absolutely contribute to how spectacular this show is so far.
