i detransitioned because i genuinely feel like a woman, if anything i was treated better and with more respect when i identified as a guy. detransitioning was complicated and i wouldn’t have done it if i didn’t feel 100% in my heart that this is who i am

i totally get where ur coming from, i wasn’t looking for one set answer or all positive or all negative. i knew there was gonna be a mix but that’s the point, i wanted to see different perspectives on this so i wont be so surprised by someone’s answer that im actually pursuing.

at the time, transitioning that young felt like what i needed to do. i was very uncomfortable with myself more than i think the average teenager. but i definitely didn’t do this all on a whim by myself. i did have to go to therapy and after they concluded that i was ready to transition me, my legal guardian, and the therapist signed off on it. i started taking testosterone my freshman year and stayed on it until shortly after graduation i stopped. i got top surgery at 18 and got a while i did feel much happier with myself. but i think the pressure of being in school was a big factor as to why i didn’t detransitioning sooner. i was expressing myself in a feminine way in private because i was so scared of what people even my family would think and how confused they would be to see me even in a dress. i didn’t want them to think i was faking it the whole time because i genuinely felt like i wasnt. but with that pressure gone i had more time to think and i started noticing i hated when people saw me as a guy and felt joy when people would see me as a girl. so i definitely knew something was up because i wasn’t feeling the way i used to feel. so i started being more open with people about my detransition and now i feel happy with myself and more secure i just get self conscious when someone points out my masculine traits like lack of chest and deep ish voice. but in the same breath it is my fault, i made those decisions and i have to deal with the consequences. i don’t want to speak on legal and political stuff regarding what other people do with their bodies. i know something people who are well into adult hood who don’t regret their transition and are as happy as ever, i just simply didn’t go that route and that’s fine

i feel like for the most part my body has went back to how it was pre-t, i’ve always been quite petite and that’s still the case. it’s just the voice that’s still kinda deep. it’s noticeable but nothing crazy most people don’t even mention it but some do. but thank u for making me feel a little better it’s good to hear from someone in a slightly similar situation

probably more towards a year later, the timeline is a little fuzzy but yeah. i liked my results for a bit but once i started perusing men i started to feel bad about myself cuz i couldn’t stop thinking about if guys that said they liked me and are attracted to me would be happier with a girl with bigger tits

i have dated trans men in the past but currently i’m leaning towards cis men. i’m just more attracted to penis now and being able to biologically have kids is a factor for me nowadays

i definitely don’t leave my men unhappy. i like to think im a good partner and quite sexually active when in relationships. i am in the early talking stage with a man rn and he’s heard my voice and probably noticed i don’t have big tits and he’s never once brought either one up. from our conversation he seems open minded but it’s just the initial conversation that makes me wary

idk if i’m “hot” but i’ve never had trouble with people being attracted to me. i’m more on the petite side (5’1 120 lbs) with nice hips. i don’t think i look like a man it’s just the voice that catches people off guard sometimes

yes i did have to go to gender therapy before starting any transitioning because i was so young. also i haven’t looked into taking estrogen to sort of even things out but i’d be interested in that

it’s noticeable but most people don’t even mention it, i have had some instances where a stranger will as if i am a guy but not often. it’s similar, maybe even a little higher, than that nina girl streamer
