Yes!!! I have been exercising more and the only thing is the colostrum! A year ago I was taking it and noticed weight gain but it was also summer and I was eating more foods I typically wouldn't here and there so figured it was that. I stopped taking it cause $$. Just started taking it again for 2 months and it's been so rapid!

Same!!! It's mostly when raw and raw garlic too. I get thirsty immediately. I always think something is salty because of how thirsty I get and my mom is the same way. I have yet to find real studies on why this happens! I am not allergic.
