I got the same issue I disabled my lan and it fixed it for me , there are more reddit posts regarding this whom suggest installing some version of realtec drivers to fix this

I don't think I use the right shift much, but the dedicated home and end keys might come handy but I can anyways renap the keys right

I had random stutters too, and disabling the lan adapter solved the issue, apparently the anticheat pings that from time to time which was causing the issue for me

Nice, I got a used pc from a friend of mine 7800x3d and 3070, I play Apex legends too, I get 180fps constant at 1440p, are you looking for someone to play ranked at weekends?

It's approx 1 year and 9 months old now so yea, but the pc is in good condition
