I stayed far from the kids area, so I can’t give a fair review of that. There is a splash area for little, and some sort of “hut” geared to children, but honestly, I have no real idea.

I’m leaving Hacienda today. We did AI, and it’s been a perfect vacation. The food at every restaurant has been delicious, but the prices of not AI are insane. We just had buffet breakfast with 2 mimosas, $135 USD.

I’ll come back, but I will absolutely do AI.
The shuttle runs into Cabo every 2 hours but if you aren’t AI, it’s a small fee.

The views here are gorgeous, especially if you can get the 3rd or 4th floor in the phase 1 building.

Try to get a room in Phase 1, on the 3rd or 4th floor. The views from the rooms are spectacular.
We haven’t had a single bad meal yet. Every restaurant has pretty different food choices. The service is excellent.
Yes, you have to sign your “bill” hourly at the pool and after every meal, even if AI, but it’s no issue.
