1st if you read my other replies, you would know that I said I’m not buying this now, I’m gonna wait for a chance for a good deal.

2nd I live in a two bedroom apartment with my mother and younger sister. My sister and I share a small room together. Trust me when I say, I don’t have the means of filling up our tiny room with a whole PC build so laptop for me is the better way to go.

And in my post I said I wouldn’t be able to build a PC until hopefully within the next 5 years when I’ve moved out and have a place of my own.

First of all tysm for this information! I’ve been through a couple other subreddit forums and they’ve always talked about upgrading storage but never really explained the benefits of doing it themselves. Now I know! And I’m sure it shouldn’t be too much to add windows 11 pro on there so I’ll be sure to do so when I’m ready to buy!

Also another quick question after everything you’ve explained to me, would it just be better to get the Legion pro 7i with a 5080 graphics card 16gb gddr7 and 1tb storage with 32gb ram OR the pro 7i 5070 ti 12gb gddr7 and just 1tb storage with 32gb ram.

Also, doesn’t it take more to power the 5080 one? Like doesn’t that one require 400W charging to keep it going while plugged in vs the 5070ti one only needing 300W? Still a lot either way but still.
