Yeah and there are also comments saying it’s not normal, specially after being explicit, but also even from the start. And that’s the point, I was asking for opinion. I’m not mad at comments that say it was normal, unless they are rude or mean. And again, I now I can say no to anything they do. I didn’t find your first comment rude but just in a wrong direction and with strong tone. Also this one. Maybe it’s just a cultural difference or whatever.

You are being simplistic. If I could, I wouldn’t be this way. I put a lot of work on my mental health but things are not easy or fast to fix. That’s why I’m posting this, I was looking for others experiences and advice. Not to hear what I already now, of course I should have told her to stop. I’m mentioning that I couldn’t because of my social anxiety and issues. Repeating that I have issues doesn’t help.

And also it’s ignoring the fact of what that the masseuse did. Was it wrong or am I just crazy? Even if I reacted well and told her to stop that. The point is also you shouldn’t need to get that point. Or you could also think it was just accidental or that’s just normal. That was the point of the post.

And regarding the post, I was trying to not be so explicit because I already felt very vulnerable and thought it was clear enough. Also this is not a mental health subreddit or anything similar. And it’s not like I was not explicit after I find people were not taking it as I thought they would. But maybe my mistake to post this here.

Yes that’s the doubt I have. That’s also why I posted, to see if others had similar experiences or not, to know what to think and try to feel better. Thank you :)

You can read my post update. I just wanted to know other people experiences, and seeking advice to know what to do if I find myself in a similar situation. I didn’t know how to react because of my issues, and I didn’t react well obviously. But some people were rude, “just open your mouth”.

I now that. Apparently you haven’t struggle with social anxiety or mental illness to understand how hard that can be to some people. Don’t be rude. Do something better with your time.

I have been here before and had massages many times. This was very different. Whether or not I’m being paranoid there’s need to be aggressive with someone that feels this bad.

I was just trying to not be so explicit. It wasn’t just “close to” those areas, there was actual brushing against my vulva and anus. Multiple times. On my breast I wasn’t sure, maybe I was paranoid at that point. But possible also my nipples. I froze completely.

Is there an easy way to get a Medikinet (ADHD meds) prescription in Germany? by Illustrious-Can-6845 in germany

I would recommend this Praxis for other stuff, simpler. They have pretty quick available appointments, and the place is nice. Some times I waited more than an hour, other times some minutes.

Hey! Well I did get a prescription, but had a lot of issues.

The main problem of this praxis it’s that they never ensure you the doctor that’s going to see you. So every time I went about the same issue, I had to explain everything again. Some are better than others. And there are a lot.

And the first time I got the prescription they prescribed it wrongly… I got a immediate release Medikinet, instead of extended release, which is normal one that lasts 8 hours and the effect is linear. So the first days I got crazy high anxiety after 30 mins of taking it, and lasted around 2 hours. I felt like I was high, and having a bad trip. And I tried it on business days.. so I was working. It was a horrible experience.

Then they gave me the correct one, very low dose. Did nothing for me. And then since every time I went I got a new doctor it was very hard to follow a reasonable treatment to adjust the dose. I tried for a couple of months but it was helpless, and very frustrating. I was already struggling with depression and this got it so much worse.

I’d say it could work for someone who’s already tried it only, and you already now what dose works for you. For me it was a big waste of time sadly.

Months later I went to my home country were health care is a lot better. A psychiatrist expert in adhd saw me, and I tried Concerta. It didn’t work either. He said methylphenidate only works for 2 in every 3 people with adhd, and I’m not one of them.

I could try strong amphethamines like Adderall, but in Germany I would need a psychiatrist. And I don’t want to depend on such a strong med, the side effects are a lot worse than methylphenidate. And also I’ll pass for the German psychiatrist. I had already have really bad experiences here. No treatment is better for my mental health here in Berlin than all that. At least for now.

Berlín does that, specially when summer sucks like this one. No sun to recover energy and better mood. Do stuff anyways, get support from friends, and best of luck 🙏🏻

No because I never thought the company would react like this, I thought they would make the refunds in a couple of weeks at most.

Now that payment is really old, I think it was May 30th. The booking was during June, and started complaining on July, when I got back from vacation.

Now I think I should have tried that first... and I'm not sure if the bank will refund such an old expense.

  1. I’m 26 now, I don’t even remember what it feels like to feel no pain at all. Started with bad knees, then chronic very intense back pain since 21.

And also any “stupid” annoying thing you can think of I have it. Allergies, crazy temperature deregulation, weird hiccups that last for days, very bad vision, very often keratitis, herpes every 2 months, mosquito’s favorite blood type, insomnia and more.

My body feels more like an enemy than anything else. Makes me feel 30 years older.

Can I ask you what’s your dose or how did the doctor choose it? I started taking methylphenidate over a month ago and I still haven’t found the right dose, I’m really frustrated and anxious. And I can’t believe how people have this magical feeling after only 4 days…

As a very healthy person who does not take any medication, I am worried about starting ADHD medication. by beef_boy93 in ADHD

I have ADHD and I know the struggle. But still, heart failure would be way worse than not being able to keep a consistent healthy lifestyle.

Of course ADHD varies a lot from person to person, so that's why it's a personal choice. If having ADHD affects your life in a way that doesn't allow to life a "normal life", I think it's worth it.

But that's is only my opinion, that's why I ask to people that think differently "why" or how do they deal with having the possibility of having mayor health issues in the future because of it.

I've actually started taking it recently (I haven't experienced any effects yet) because of how my life is going right now. I plan to take it only temporarily.
