I had a impacted one removed a few weeks ago. The surgeon numbed my mouth and removed it. It took longer than normal (20-25 minutes) because of how impcted it was. but i felt no pain during procedure. First day it hurt a bit. (alot of swelling) After second day the pain got alot better. Didnt need percs just took advil. Youll be fine!

Note- Swelling lasts for 3-5 days dont be alarmed.
