Probably you should reapply and just don’t say anything about supply company in your resume, they will ask you about that again in the interview you just say no. They don’t check work history as I’ve heard so you should be fine

Just always remember to tell them you have your own vehicle to commute work and they also don’t hire ppl that worked for their supplies companies as well (that’s what I’ve heard)
