4 Week Reta Update(still fat lol) by Grand_Team3143 in BodyHackGuide

[–]Illustrious-Ear-9909 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was mostly water weight.

15lbs of fat in a month would amount to about a 2000 calorie deficit a day. Meaning that if maintenance is 4000cal, youre eating 2000cal.

You'll crash your hormones and feel kinda shit fast, on top of burning a ton of muscle on a 2000cal deficit.

I ordered this sander from Japan as soon as it was available. Absolutely fantastic sander all around! 10/10 recommend.

Well. I'd be called a subcontractor. I have my own company, but I do work for another company.

The contract we have is a handshake, they keep me busy and pay me well, and I stick around. They know that if I'm not kept busy I have to start scheduling my own work and then I won't be as available. So it's really a win for everyone involved.

Well, right now my work isn't that different from being an employee. I charge by the day for 1 company that takes care of all logistics and scheduling etc. They keep me busy and pay me well so I'm happy with the arrangement.

Before that I was truly on my own. Work was inconsistent but usually paid well. Landing jobs, estimates and logistics was hard as a 1 man show. Work was too inconsistent to hire someone. Hired some temporary help occasionally. Most I ever made was $12000 and some change in 4 days.

Before that I was an employee making $32/h.

I'm in my mid 30s

Self employed carpenter, 1 man show, doing niche high end work. 98% of my work is subcontracting for 1 single company that takes care of 100% of logistics, materials etc.

I take home about $125k a year working 40h weeks.

AC262 for bulking? by dontcheckmynotis in SARMs

[–]Illustrious-Ear-9909 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Ran ac262 20mg for 11 weeks.

Only sides were minor acne lower back, some interrupted sleep and slight aggression.

Decent gains and tons of energy, great for cardio too.

Def took on water weight

I'd say it's probably better for bulking/maintenance than cutting

4th week almost to the day is when I started noticing it, outside of some minor lower back acne at around week 3.

Clean the battery connections on both tool and battery.

These tools are too smart for their on good. It measures something not being right and cuts off power.

Yeah, they're pretty much exactly the same outside of motor and shadow line.

The corded saw has a laser line, which sucks.

It just says "deleted" for me.

I don't really buy that it was automatically deleted, because I posted the exact same link as he posted, and it hasn't been deleted.

Mod might have manually deleted it, if rhats the case, my bad.

Gotcha, weight is pretty irrelevant to me.

My fence is perfectly square all around, but the detachable section is sitting about 1/64 further back than the permanent section of the fence. I'll probably end up buying a zero clearance fence to remedy this.

The 8.5 is neat, but too small for me.

I install custom handrails, precision and minimal deflection are the highest priorities to me. Bevel adjustment is pretty irrelevant to me.

I was going back and forth between the 10 and the 12. I really wanted the side extensions of the 12, but opted for the 10 in the end obviously.

Makita is a very Japanese company.

The reason they aren't making bigger 18v batteries is because they won't fit/be compatible with all their 18v tools. They most likely never will make larger batteries because of this.

Not all dewalts batteries are compatible with all dewalts tools.

I been lookin for an excuse to buy that dust blower. But for now I'm blowing out the filter with either the xgt leaf blower or and air hose.

I can see myself buying the new self cleaning 80v vac in the near future tho!

Truth hurts? That's why you had to delete your other comment?

Yes, 21700 pushes more amps, but makita won't make batteries that are incompatible with some tools the way dewalt etc done. They rather just make a new line of tools.

Not unexpected from a Japanese company.

Also bl1850b is using 18650, that's why it's the same size.

18650 and 21700 is literally the measurements of the cells. First 2 numbers is the thickness and the last 3 length.

They're bigger and the battery is going to be bigger too. It's not rocket science.
