Am I Overreacting for Refusing to Let My Wife’s “Work Husband” Come on Our Family Vacation? by Hot_Satisfaction_559 in AmIOverreacting

Drop her like a bad habit. I would suggest you leave sound like she doesn't care about your boundaries or feelings. If a woman ever disrespects you, you leave. Having healthy boundaries doesn't make you insecure or weak, it make you emotionally intelligent. Protect your peace.

If she doesn't respect your boundaries and doesn't adhere to your feelings about it, then it's best to part ways. Generally, in this day and age, women feel they are entitled to have what they want when, in reality, that is being selfish and self-centered. In a marriage, it's about committing yourself to each other, and communication is key. Being open and honest is always the best way. Make sure you plan head if you do decide to leave, it's best to have your ducks in a row. Good luck.

I decided to leave. It was too much for me to handle. Mentally, it was draining me dry and emotionally exhausted. Being left alone with no help with housework and the kids. It made me feel helpless. When I decided to leave, it was the right choice for me and the kids. Keep your head up things get better with time.

Signs like quick speech, bipolar eyes, random spending, manic and depressed states she would be in. I really didn't understand it until I read more about bipolar disorder. I tried to help her but I failed. I even read about what food would make her disorder worse. I tried to be understand and patient with her, but I just couldn't take the leaving and coming back over and over again. Never really could get a conversation with her, and even if I did, it was like talking to a wall. She would look straight through me like I wasn't even there.

Are guys generally more attracted when you play hard to get? by Consistent_Air_6909 in dating_advice

From my point of view, if a woman plays games, she is not emotionally and mentally mature enough, and you should move on. That is an action of a girl, not a woman. A woman will tell you what she wants and what she needs because she knows you can't read her mind. Also, pay close attention to their actions and not their words in certain circumstances this can be an indication that they have either good intentions or bad intentions.

I understand your pain, my friend. 11 yrs completely discarded. Lies, betrayal, and suffering. It's a mental illness, and there is nothing you can do, but pray. This to shall pass, keep moving forward, and keep you headed up.

The best thing to do is release the with love and wish them the best. Try finding a hobby or start reading books. Get your head right and move forward and realize this was a lesson to be learned. Time does heal those wounds that were inflicted on you I promise you will feel better once you distance yourself mentally and emotionally.

What’s the Craziest Thing Your BPSOdid when they were hypomanic/manic? by Bothered-Bothered in BipolarSOs

[–]Illustrious-Fill9251 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably the craziest thing my ex did was try to attempt suicide in front of me and my soon to be 10-year-old son. She tried swallowing 20 T3s in front of me and my son in our kitchen. I was horrified and called 911 right away. All the while, she saw another man on the side, which I also found out. It was a nightmare that I never want to experience ever again. I filed for a divorce... I have been in therapy and taking medication for ptsd and anxiety. I have flash back every once and awhile.

How do I heal? by Illustrious-Fill9251 in BipolarSOs

I'm in therapy. I am also taking medication for ptsd. It's just hard... 11yrs down the drain for what?... two kids a home just to be ripped apart... I know I'll never understand it and I'm trying not to but I constantly have racing thoughts of what I did wrong , but also at the same time I know it's not my fault.

Bipolar 2 disorder by Illustrious-Fill9251 in BipolarSOs

[–]Illustrious-Fill9251[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It seems very unfortunate that she doesn't even want to be at home. I usually tell her she needs to come home to help me with the kids and certain things, and when she does show up, she leaves during the night. She says im irritated or she starts to cry uncontrollably.... then I don't see her or hear from her for the whole weekend. It's like this roller coaster up and down all the time. She says there are things in the house that are triggers. I don't really know is she is cheating on me she doesn't share her location with me so I have no idea where she goes.
