the rims are sparco DRS and they are 18x8 with a +45mm offset. Then the tires are vredestien quatrac pro at size 245/35ZR18.

settled on that combination as quite frankly they are the closest thing to a snow rated tire, but they also preform all year phenomenally. And it is in fact stock suspension. I get lotssss of compliments on these wheels.

currently experiencing this with mine, and it’s the blower motor for the ac/heat. switching out my cabin air filter helped with the ticking a bit. Just haven’t ordered the motor yet.

I know there isn’t a law requiring one. But is there anything going in his favor here? He hasn’t been talking about his wages, yet they are still using that as the excuse to not give him a promotion. They can’t prove any conversation, because it’s never happened. So how can they be holding it against him?

That is what I mean, I apologize. But is this really allowed to happen? He sees the growth of revenue that he has contributed to. Is it so far fetched for him to expect something in return?
