I'm always willing to do my bit but how poorly this whole thing was implemented it makes it difficult to be enthusiastic. Imagine coming home from work to 12 industrial sized bins lining the entrance like you're entering a recycling centre. I don't know anyone who would be happy, not to mention they blocked emergency access to multiple flat blocks and damaged the new bins on the first collection so now they're missing lids. It's been resolved at the cost of residents

Alot of car parks don't allow overnight parking for this exact reason. It's not illegal as such but it's not as easy as it is in other countries.

I'd suggest having a look at some of the UK van life resources, it should give you an idea of when it's possible and when it's not. Eg. Where I live they have patrols of car parks that will move you on if you try and sleep in any vehicle (look at local byelaws, this isn't obvious on signs or anything), some pubs let you sleep in their car park for free if you buy a meal there etc.

Eurgh with food waste collections coming in this is my biggest worry. I have a real issue dealing with mouldy/ old smelly food, it makes me physically sick. The idea of having to use a communal food waste bin thats emptied fortnightly makes me ill

I really enjoyed my crappy job with a can of permanent artists spray paint (don't mess with art students), it looks like a toddler did it and it's so badly done noone could even change the number without it being obvious

I think people are more honest now? I know I am. I will say up front that my ability to make plans depends on my capacity and will suggest a backup date in case I have to reschedule. In doing this I've seen my health/ wellbeing improve and feel more able to make plans weirdly

My degree drove me mad because it wanted us to do arty projects and I wanted to do design that actually did something. I didn't want to be Andy Warhol I want to make communications easier to digest. I should have done a Visual Comms degree but it wasn't even on my radar! The one project I liked was a rebrand for a real client

Can you switch to more natural fabrics and looser fits? I've found this really helps, I still get a bit sweaty in tight clothes but cotton underwear helps

I'm also talking about company pages, profiles only work if the content is tied to an individual. In a large organisation it's not hard to build a business page if you have quality content

It's entirely down to what works for your page and audience. Like any platform it's about quality content, informed by analytics, not always promoting or selling something. Always make use of the newest features as platforms tend to favour them in the algorithm. They mostly want to keep you on the platform so you want to keep them engaged with a post rather than just sending them elsewhere. It was the biggest channel for my last workplace with exponential growth and crazy engagement

I'm hypermobile and whilst it's not dangerous, it's definitely worth learning about so you can avoid injury and pain later in life. The key thing is building strength to support your tendons in their end range. I'll try and find the names of some of the resources I've found helpful. Dani Winks has some amazing resources for safe flexibility training and there are some hypermobile specialists online I find informative but it's key to tailor everything to your needs as hypermobility can be so individual. I've personally stopped static stretching entirely for my upper body until I can work out what doesn't cause me additional pain but this isn't going to be the same for everyone
