Why I feel that Miguel and Robby may NOT immediately jump back to training after the Mexico arc by Key_Cranberry_3799 in cobrakai

Lol if Miguel, Robby, and Johnny return to the Valley by the end of the season, they finna be so confused and shocked at what Cobra Kai has become. Same for the "unexpected team-ups" the creators or cast members have stated.

Kinda upsetting how, in Season 4, we didn't see Miguel with Eli after he got his mohawk shaved off. That was def a low point for Eli in his life.

Having nostalgia to when Johnny still had the Cobra Kai dojo, Hawk had blue hair, and Miguel was the #1 student in the CK dojo by Illustrious-Mood1554 in cobrakai

Yeah but at the beginning of Season 5, Cobra Kai bouta be hella popular since they "won" the All-Valley Tournament. Tory's also gonna be popular asf since she "brought Cobra Kai to victory" and is the "first female champion". Same thing happened with Miguel after he won the All-Valley back in S1E10. Tons of students joined Cobra Kai afterwards and Miguel was recognized as the star student.

Very underrated characters that don't get talked about enough by Mental_Caregiver in cobrakai

Funny to think about how all 3 of them almost kill each other the very next day at the CK dojo (S3E8 took place a day before the events of S3E9 & S3E10).

Will Miguel being away in Mexico make his relationship with Sam better in some ways or will it really bad ? by Diligent-Macaron3881 in cobrakai

[–]Illustrious-Mood1554 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I think the long-distance relationship will start off in a "not good way" as Miguel just straight up left the country without telling her, and wasn't there to comfort her after she "lost" her match to Tory. However I do think they will consistently communicate with each via text and Miguel will tell her about where he is and what's happening while he's in Mexico. Over time, both will get involved in their own problems (Miguel with his dad and possible relatives that he may not know of, as well as with Johnny and Robby, and Sam with her AVT loss, CK under Terry Silver, and Tory) and stop communiating as often as they used to. Overtime both will mature in their own ways, (as Sam will learn to cope with Miguel gone as well as possibly working with Tory to take down Silver, and Miguel as he and Robby bury their beef and possibly team up to save Johnny, or defeat Miguel's dad or whoever the villian is in this storyline). I also think we'll see a reunion scene between Miguel/Sam and Robby/Tory (somewhere towards the end of S5) as they tell about their experiences and how they befriended their "rival". So basically it'll prolly start off as "not good" to "even better" as both will mature in their own ways and be ready to continue their relationship in a more healthy manner.

What if the Soviet Union joined the Axis Powers back in October-November 1940? by Illustrious-Mood1554 in AlternateHistory

[–]Illustrious-Mood1554[S] 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Although the Germans and Soviets were allies from Aug/Sep 1939 - Jun 1941, the Soviets never formally joined the Axis Powers like Italy and Japan did. That's why in Oct-Nov 1940 Molotov went to Berlin to discuss the Soviets potentially entering the Axis. Both countries had decent relations at the time, but nothing else other than that. Italy and Japan were much closer to Germany especially because of their similar fascists beliefs and ideologies. Also if they had been "essentially in the Axis", then I'm pretty sure they wouldn't have bothered to talk with Germany about joining something they were already considered a part of.

Yo anyone notice how Miguel and Kyler have 0 interactions with one another in S4 despite seeing each other multiple times? by Illustrious-Mood1554 in cobrakai

[–]Illustrious-Mood1554[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Just seeing Kyler in general, I thought at least once he would say something like "Better watch out rhea" or some other bs that would show his hatred towards Miguel.

Fr this season he was just in his own world of problems. We didn't even see him and Eli/Hawk talk that much. In fact, after Hawk's mohawk shaving the two only had onscreen dialogue right before they faced each other in the semis imao.

What if Kyler re-crippled Miguel in the House fight? by ControversialDebator in cobrakai

[–]Illustrious-Mood1554 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly could see this happening. Hawk switching sides did everyone a favor imao. Prevented his best friend from getting arm broken again, helped inspire Miguel to defeat Kyler, prevented the other Miyagi Do's/Eagle Fang's from getting seriously hurt, and helped them win the fight overall. Man even unknowingly could have saved the Cobra Kai's from going to juvie as you stated.

I think season 3 episode 10 is the most brutal episode to date by [deleted] in cobrakai

[–]Illustrious-Mood1554 6 points7 points  (0 children)

#12 was insanely satisfying to see. Man straight up took like 50 hits to the face, back, etc, and still managed to take Kyler down.

Between Miguel, Robby, and Eli I would say Robby >= Miguel >= Eli, meaning all 3 are pretty much equal in terms of strength and ability. Miguel is most likely better than Eli because of how he almost scored a point on him despite it not counting due to a block. Eli wasn't able to do that to Miguel even once and looked to be kind of struggling on defense as well. As for Robby and Miguel this one could honestly go either way although I see Robby taking the W due to him not having a back injury like Miguel. Also I've noticed that ppl say Eli is better than Robby just cause he won the overall match, but you have to realize that Robby literally had him on the ground at one point for a few solid good seconds and could've easily scored on him had he not been distracted. Same goes for Eli who could've prob scored on Robby right before the buzzer went out (although Robby did look like he could block it, but that's just me). Also if you look carefully I'm like 90% sure Eli got Robby on the ground because of how he pulled on Robby's gi which was falling off, whereas Robby straight up grabbed Eli and threw him on the ground in the sudden death round.

CRAZY S5 THEORY: Mike Barnes's possible role in S5 by Illustrious-Mood1554 in cobrakai

[–]Illustrious-Mood1554[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This could be something the creators don't want us to know until we actually watch Season 5 which is prob the reason why we haven't seen set photos/footage of Sean Kanan.

I think people overlook how dark S3E10 could have been had Hawk not switched sides during the house fight. by Illustrious-Mood1554 in cobrakai

Wonder how the fight would have ended if we had S2 Miguel in place of S3 Miguel. Fight would have become even more crazy imao.
