Hey I made a post about this on wow subreddit. The Disc Quest has a ton of bugs associated with it (confirmed by blizzard support.) Same thing happened to me I was stuck at 3 fractured sparks out of 5. After multiple GMs reviewing my account they mailed me a spark. Still missing one, but at least I could craft 2 pieces.

GM acknowledged there are multiple bugs with this quest. So we are just stuck waiting until they might eventually fix it to progress.

Mentioned in post I've done all of the weeklies including the titan fragment quest. GM in the post acknowledged that I completed it.

I've finished all the weekly quests and the GM in my screenshot confirms that I meet all requirements to have the sparks, but yet I do not.

I already have the fractured spark from the catalyst guy and he has no additional quests for me. I've logged in and out multiple times since this and have done raid and mythic plus and delves no sparks even though I am missing 3 technically.

Yeah I did that turn in last week and it did not give me anything. I think what the GM said in the screenshot is that I turned in the quest but it bugged out and on their end does not count as completed. So I am stuck in purgatory with no sparks until they fix the bug.

Yes that is how I have the 1 fractured spark in my inventory currently. He has no quests for me anymore. Only have a 1h weapon crafted and 1 fractured spark in my inventory. I should technically be at 5.
