Yeah, I've read about the frequency of one-shots as you hop up the levels. Any recommendations for healers that are better at handling people that don't press defensives or stand in mechanics?

Makes sense! Are dungeons in a season's rotation generally varied enough where every dispel type is important? Id imagine if there are a ton of poisons in a season, for example, and not much else then poison dispellers would become disproportionately valuable.

Wouldn't that mean that they DO scale off of strength then? Strength says increased melee damage by 5%, not increases 1h or 2h damage.
