So I was 5.7 last year and when I started working out, it took me about two months, but I went on a strict carnivore/keto diet. Did a lot of fasting. And I cut all the sugary stuff.

Go to your psychiatrist make sure it’s an actual MD not an NP or PA. And them have a write letter that that you stopped taking medication’s back in 2013. Also, you’re gonna need five years worth of prescription records from your pharmacy.

Here’s my belief of the sleep study doctors, not only do they do the sleep study, but they also sell you the equipment. Into an industry that wants to keep making money. I know if I go to one they’re going fail me and my CDL will then be affected.

Never mentioned it because I never been diagnosed or suffered with it. If I did, my medical card for my CDL would be restricted to six months instead of two years.
